National Bank was managing vacation time manually in Excel spreadsheets, an inefficient process. Its time and attendance system was over 20 years old with no ability to update it. Four different payroll instances operated separately with no integration.

As part of moving the company human capital management (HCM) system into the cloud, National Bank aimed to automate HR processes, consolidate systems, and provide self-service capabilities for employees.


National Bank implemented SAP SuccessFactors® Employee Central Payroll and Workforce Software for time management, assisted by Rizing.
