DUNEDIN, NEW ZEALAND, March 25, 2021 – The Southern District Health Board (SDHB) has successfully gone live with SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment, Recruitment Marketing and Onboarding today.

With a strategy to attract and retain New Zealand’s best talent SDHB worked with Rizing to enable new recruits to be immersed in their customer-centric culture, and provide management a streamlined, systematic and purposeful process for transforming promising candidates into happy and productive team members.

“The Southern District Health Board started work with Rizing on our SuccessFactors recruitment and onboarding project right after the Covid 19 lockdown,” said Jayne Jepson, Recruitment Manager, Southern District Health Board. “One reason we selected Rizing was due to their strong methodologies and vast experience. SAP SuccessFactors was a technology leader in the HCM space with maturity, features and functionality. Our discovery workshops were all remote but we found the Rizing team to be well prepared and considerate of the new way of working.”

The Rizing team are proud to have partnered with SDHB’S amazing Recruitment Team to deliver this project.

“There is a sense of achievement and pride throughout the project team and we are all looking forward to enjoying the benefits SuccessFactors will bring to the teams workday,” Jepson concluded.
