A personal message from Rizing’s CEO

To Our Community

I am not going to use trite commentary today to talk about COVID-19 and the impact we are all feeling. I want to say that my heart is heavy as I consider the personal impact of COVID-19 on individuals and on our families. Safety and wellness remain our primary concerns as we move into a recovery phase.

We at Rizing are honored by the trust you have placed in us.  You have candidly shared your stories, supported our teams with remote access to your workplaces, and continued to count on us for advice that would meet your rapidly changing needs. These relationships mean everything to us.

The challenges each of you are facing has only spurred our resolve to adapt and create to meet your needs. We – all of Rizing – are here, working, designing new solutions and products to help businesses move forward, moving clients across the finish line in their transformative projects, and guiding customers in adapting strategies to meet changing demands for their business.

Resilience supports us. We are more than resilient. As a company, we are determined. In 2019, we focused on One Rizing – the integration of the various industries we serve and the lines of business we brought together through acquisition. That fresh beginning is proving to be foundational to how we are managing through these challenging times. There is a renewed energy to merge talent across our lines of business for innovative results.

Technology empowers us and our clients. Our employees were able to pivot to work-from-home with the right hardware, infrastructure rapidly, and, most importantly, sound remote communications tools. During the past two months, we have moved large clients in major sectors across the finish line with technology projects:  Employee Central at a principal public relations agency, asset management at a defense support organization, LMS at a performance footwear company, and more. Each project was delivered on time and within budget.

Our talent is our backbone. In facing COVID head-on, our team has been rising to innovate with new solutions to address unique needs – some of these we have been able to offer free of charge to the entire SAP ecosystem.
