Mass Import Personal Goals in Latest Goal Management

Users can now mass import personal goals for both performance goals and development goals through Admin Center. In Goal Management, you can now use the following two goal import functions: Import Performance Goals and Import Development Goals.

The benefit of mass importing goals is to achieve feature parity with the legacy goal management.

How to turn it on: This is a universal update.

Change Goal Plan States in Latest Goal Management

Users who have the change-state permission can now change the goal plan state from a more intuitive user interface. In addition, they can now receive email notifications when the goal plan state changes.

Enhanced Attachments Experience for Continuous Performance Management

Administrators can now make the Achievements view the default landing page for Continuous Performance Management (CPM).

Some organizations have talent processes that focus more on capturing the end state of the completed activity – the achievement. To accommodate this process, users can now land directly on the achievements view and create achievements as they occur in real time throughout the year.

Feedback Integration with Microsoft Outlook

You can enable your users to give continuous feedback from a Microsoft Outlook add-in.

The feature provides an easy way for users to provide feedback.

Let’s look at the major enhancements for 2H 2021 in 360 Multi-Rater Performance Management.

Deprecation of 360 Reviews v11 Version

The 360 Reviews v11 version will reach the end of maintenance on November 18, 2022 and will be deleted on May 20, 2023.

360 Reviews Tasks on the Latest Home Page

Managers and employees can now view the Complete 360 Evaluation task and Complete Your 360 Evaluation task in the For You Today section on the latest home page.

How to turn it on: This is Admin Opt-in.

 

Add External Participants When Users Have No Search Permissions:

Users who don’t have the permission to search for external users can now add external users as form participants by email address.

How to turn it on: This is a universal update.
