Even before the added challenge of a pandemic, BINGO was looking to keep its HR transformation simple, with software that could be long-lasting while remaining adaptable for a growing business. BINGO wanted to avoid customization in SAP SuccessFactors to allow future agility as its workforce grows and changes. The Benefits of Preconfiguration
The preconfigured payroll and HR platforms allowed BINGO to move quickly—and employees responded with 95 percent downloading the new mobile app within the first week. This high rate of downloads was without the typical training courses—the simplified offering allowed for greater adoption.
Staff is now able to access HR data remotely with greater ease, and engagement with HR tasks such as leave, payroll, and scheduling can be handled within SAP SuccessFactors. Overall, the implementation of Rizing Payroll has trimmed payroll processing time by 50 percent.
