Enabling New Processes for Better HR Productivity

Discover how Del Monte has embraced change to improve their HR enablement and output

According to a recent online survey, it was revealed that a higher percentage of ICT spending among enterprises in the Philippines and around South East Asia will be spent ‘on running business as usual with existing HR ICT systems’ than the percentage of ICT spending that would be used for ‘transforming businesses with new ICT systems’. And that here, is challenge number one: Should I upgrade or replace my current HR software?

Specifically, improving operation efficiency and increasing customer satisfaction were identified as the top two drivers for companies to continue their HR ICT investment in 2020. Challenge number two: How do I manage these expectations within a tight budget?

And most survey respondents confirmed that HR technology purchase decisions in their enterprises are jointly taken by all parties involved. Challenge number three: Should I manage this internally or engage an external partner?

Now, how would you and your team manage those challenges, if you were faced with them?
