Using the SAP Business Network for cross-organizational sharing of assets and work orders

Achieving alignment, visibility, and traceability through the entire service chain (manufacturer, operator, service provider, subcontractor) is either impossible, or very difficult, with lots of manual steps and data consolidation.

SAP is extending our Business Network (specifically the Asset Intelligence Network) to support cross-organizational collaboration, not just for asset information, but also for work order.

In this session we will share the progress completed to date, and the developments that are currently underway.

Adam is a solution advisor for SAP’s Asset Intensive Industries Center of Excellence. He bridges the gap between industry and SAP engineering by combining experience with creativity. Currently Adam is focused on Collaborative Work Order Management as part of SAP Business Networks.
