Rizing HCM has grown with the recent acquisition of Synchrony Global that expands our presence in Asia and ANZ and provides an even deeper level of services for our customers. We’ve been looking for talent to support this growth, and we are happy to announce that Gila Swil has joined us as ANZ Service Director.
Gila joins us after 20 years of consulting and leadership experience in the HRM technology ecosystem within Canada, United States, Australia, and New Zealand. She has spent the last 10 years leading organisations through HR and payroll cloud-based technology transformations with a focus on operational effectiveness and governance. Gila has led external solution delivery teams supporting and guiding customers through their HR and payroll transformations and internal specialist teams to develop their internal capability and sustainability into the future. Her work spans across many industries including FMCG, Retail, and Not-for-Profit. Gila now brings that experience to Rizing HCM.
In her role as ANZ Service Director, Gila works to optimize the success of SAP SuccessFactors implementations for our customers in Australia and New Zealand, both during the project and ongoing throughout the product lifecycle. She will strive for your complete satisfaction with your HR and payroll transformation, and see that it meets the present and future needs of your organization.
At Rizing HCM we work hard, but we also like to have fun. In Gila’s free time, she enjoys travelling, creating unique hand-made jewellery with traditional silversmithing techniques, and managing her daughter’s soccer team.
