Ariba Live showcased the power of SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba with significant focus on roadmap, integration and the benefits the consolidation provides. While ISM is a combined solution, each offering is bringing new and exciting features and functions that will advance the way organizations procure and manage all aspects of external labor including deeper and broader services spend management solutions.

Key Roadmap Enhancements Coming for SAP Fieldglass

SAP Fieldglass also highlighted their key roadmap items for 2019 focused on simplification. With Configuration Manager, SAP Fieldglass will deliver significant upgrades allowing clients and suppliers to:

  • Independently create and manage integrations – potentially accelerating the deployment process and delivering ROI faster
  • Set up and manage SSO
  • Simplified functionality for managing comprehensive global rate requirements
  • Easily manage Qualifications used on Job Templates and Job Postings

In addition to Configuration Manager, SAP Fieldglass will look to SAP Analytics Cloud in the coming year to provide simplified self-service reporting and access to deeper, broader analytical views and reports.

Beyond the significant solution set that ISM provides, the combined approach of SAP SuccessFactors with SAP Fieldglass provides a tight, aligned Total Workforce Management solution. When combined with ISM, organizations can leverage common data sets and integrations to realize a focused end to end solution for external labor across HR, Procurement, Legal, Professional Services and Finance. Adding SAP Analytics Cloud to the mix will provide reporting and analytics across all functions.
