Rizing CEO Mike Maiolo Becomes the Global Head of Wipro’s SAP Practice

Since Wipro’s acquisition of Rizing in May 2022, Wipro and Rizing have been aligning their complementary capabilities to empower companies of all sizes with strategic advisory services and end-to-end business process expertise across all industry verticals.

As a natural evolution of this ongoing alignment, Rizing CEO Mike Maiolo has been appointed as the Global Head of the Wipro SAP Practice.

Creating a unified SAP® practice under Maiolo’s leadership will help better serve SAP clients and deliver a customer-centric relationship-driven approach embedded in deep industry expertise to all Wipro clients.

With Rizing, the Wipro SAP Practice will empower SAP customers to advance to the next-generation ERP model with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud editions, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Business Technology Platform. Rizing recently achieved “Expert” level competency status with SAP for Business Technology Platform and also holds Expert level competency in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM). SAP Competency will supersede the SAP Gold Silver, or Platinum Partner status at the end of 2023. Rizing’s Expert competency was granted based on the company’s demonstrated expertise and skills in HCM and Business Technology Platform, including their related knowledge, proficiency, and instances of customer success.

Mr. Maiolo will retain his title as Rizing CEO while leading the Wipro Global SAP Practice.
