This improved solution will replace Onboarding 1.0 and offer a modern approach to employee onboarding with advanced features and functionality.

Onboarding 2.0 uses existing SuccessFactors tools, including:

• Business Rules
• Employee Central (EC) data model

This streamlines the app and provides an experience consistent with the rest of the SuccessFactors suite. Onboarding 2.0 integrates people, processes, and technology and covers the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, cross-boarding, and offboarding.
