With over 18 years of experience in functional HR, people initiatives and HR solution consulting, Chris is focused on leading organizations through strategic transformation of people, process and technology. She is passionate about strategy, innovation, go to market offerings and problem solving! As a certified SuccessFactors professional, she is a hands on leader of global professional services and delivery who seeks process improvements and pushes the boundaries to help drive organizational and individual team member growth.
Chris received her Bachelors and Masters Degree in Accounting from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania and holds an active CPA license in the state of Pennsylvania. She also holds her PHR and SHRM-CP certification in HR. When Chris isn’t spending time working on global HR strategies and processes, she can be found watching her children play sports, playing with her puppy or coaching youth sports.
