Monthly Time Sheets
SAP made it possible to enable and approve timesheets every month. This feature also includes a monthly time calendar view in Time Sheet with an overview of the attendance and absence recordings for the month.
How to turn it on: This needs to be turned on by Product Support
Time Off Enhancements in the New People Profile
With the new version of Profile Preview and Spotlight comes additional cards that administrators can enable to provide a quick, comprehensive view of the upcoming absences for employees.
Time Forms Employee Self-Service
SAP made a new Document Generation option available in the last release for using Time Off information. This functionality is now enabled for Employee Self-Service based on available Absence data.
Users can:
- Generate and Preview the Template
- Download the forms in PDF
- Email the forms as PDF or HTML
Time Type Filter Rule Restriction Removed
In a previous release, SAP introduced new functionality to filter the Time Types within a Time Profile based on logic and available data. SAP removed the previous maximum of 10 rules, enabling more options for streamlining the absence experience.
