Time Sheet Approval Center
This new overview provides a single comprehensive view of the employee’s Time Sheet approval requests. This includes details of the submitted and any ongoing timesheets, including:
- Missing Time Punches
- Absences
- Approvals
- Alerts
- Amendments
Deviation in Time Recording Submission Configuration Can’t Be Below -2
When setting up Automatic Timesheet Approval the deviation can no longer be less than two days. SAP added this to decrease the inherent performance issues caused by larger amendments.
Filterable Allowance Type List
You can now filter Allowances the same way as Absences by assigning an allowance type filter rule to the Time Profile. Previously, you could only filter absences in this fashion. Adding allowances makes the profile more able to be standardized but still provides some customization of the employee that it’s assigned to.
Link to the Time Sheet UI within Workflow Details
When reviewing a workflow for Time Sheet approval, you can now provide a link to the timesheet you are reviewing. This takes you directly from the workflow details to the employee’s time sheet you are reviewing.
