Latest Version of My Forms Page for Compensation

The latest version of the My Forms page is now available for Compensation worksheets. This version brings an intuitive page layout, improved search functionality, simplified flows to help you organize and file worksheets and other user experience improvements. SAP enabled this by default, but administrators can revert to the previous version in the Admin Center.

Changes to User Experience in Compensation

The latest release provides numerous user experience enhancements that affect administrators and end users of the Compensation and the Variable Pay modules.

Legacy Executive Review Filters from Compensation are Deleted

SAP deleted the legacy Executive Review filters from Compensation. They made the advanced Executive Review filters universally available.

Export and Import from Executive Review in .xlsx Format

You can now export data from Executive Review and import data back in Excel .xlsx format. You can export up to 100,000 records.

Change to How Employee Local Currency for Reward and Recognition Awards is Checked

The system now accommodates local currencies for Employee Central and non-Employee Central users in the same instance. This feature is necessary when the company’s instance includes Employee Central and employees recorded outside of Employee Central. SuccessFactors now identifies the employee’s local currency for a Rewards and Recognition Program by the employee rather than the company.

Individual View for Compensation Plans

You can now see the bonus calculation in the individual view for Variable Pay in the Total Compensation templates.

This is a gap closure between Variable Pay and the Total Compensation templates. The programs an individual is eligible for are displayed, including the Total Compensation ones, if the template includes Variable Pay and it’s enabled to show the individual view.
